2. Subscriptions and Credits

• Free Plan: Limited to a set number of generations per day.
• Premium Plans: Offer higher limits and ad-free experience. Credits reset daily at 00:00 UTC.
• Refunds: Payments are processed via Razorpay. Due to the digital nature of AI generations, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been used.

3. Intellectual Property

The AI-generated metadata provided to you is for your use on your YouTube channel. The platform's software, design, and original content (excluding the data you provide) remain the exclusive property of YTSeo AI.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer the AI engine, using automated scripts to scrape content from the site, or sharing their account credentials with others to bypass usage limits.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the email associated with their account. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
